THE CHEF

At the heart of every home is a kitchen, and at the heart of The Chef and I, you’ll find founder and Executive Chef, Craig Wolland.  Over 30 years of experience is showcased in a collection of menus. He celebrates the best of local produce in beautifully presented dishes. 

Craig is an industry award winning chef and has qualifications that span across both Commercial Cookery and Patisserie. He has also achieved Distinctions in Culinary Arts with London City and Guilds.  Craig’s work experience  across Australia and New Zealand, along with his world food discovery travels, has become his motivation to ignite the passion for food at every event.    Craig has worked within international hotels, fine dining restaurants, and catering establishments. He has gained in-depth industry experience, therefore he will deliver exquisite food at all events with flair and absolute precision.

Paula has over 20 years of experience within the events industry. She has the know-how to bring an event to life whether it be an intimate celebration or a grand wedding. She has built a wealth of knowledge in planning, organisation, marketing and leadership through her management experience with The Chef and I Catering. Paula is passionate, and loves being a part of the event journey from start to finish. She works closely with each and every client to plan and coordinate all the finer details of the event. Above all, her passion will ensure that your dream and vision is realised.
