Food Bars Menu – Chef and I Catering services the Macarthur and Sydney areas. Designed as a food stand feature, guests ‘build their own’ dish from a variety of ingredients and condiments.
Food Stations are a stand out feature at any event, vibrant, colourful & satisfying!
Grilled beef patties, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, beetroot relish, pineapple slices, fresh baked buns, & condiments
Wood smoked ham shavings and dry cured salami (GF)
Double brie and aged cheddar decorated with fresh and dried fruits (GF, V)
Chargrilled vegetables (GF)
House-made pate with sesame lavosh
Marinated black and green olives (GF, V)
Fresh breads and wafers
RISOTTO OR PAELLA LIVE STATION
Forest mushroom risotto (V, GF) or Chicken and chorizo paella (GF)
