Food Bars Menu – Chef and I Catering services the Macarthur and Sydney areas. Designed as a food stand feature, guests ‘build their own’ dish from a variety of ingredients and condiments.

RISOTTO LIVE STATION

Lemon chicken & asparagus (GF) 

OR

Cherry tomato, basil & red onion (V, GF)

 

BURGER BAR

Grilled beef patties, lettuce, tomato, cheese, onions, beetroot relish, pineapple slices, fresh baked buns, & condiments

 

FRENCH CHEESE STATION

Camembert topped with pear vinegar & figs, mature cheddar, aged blue with salt wafers, fresh & dried fruits, nuts

 

ANTIPASTO STATION

Smoked ham, spanish salami, mortadella

Roasted ricotta with black olive dressing and grape tomatoes (V)

Chargrilled eggplant, sweet potato, asparagus, capsicum, zucchini & olives (V)

Fresh & dried fruits, grissini & fresh breads
